My order was originally held up by the fraud prevention office at VMI which caused much frustration. After voicing my concerns to Bizrate I was contacted by a competent service rep that corrected the issue and got my product shipped out the next day. One thing that VMI needs to know about the product I orderd is that it requires a vent option to be ordered with the heater or it is useless. The photo is missleading as it shows the unit with the outside vent option installed. Neither option is offered on the website so I acquired one locally. The unit is now installed and working well. Thank you.
They had the product I needed at the best price around and the Free ground shipping sealed the deal. I would definitely check here first when making future purchases.

Great site...was referred through 'BradsDeals', but if I need anything else, I believe I would go to VMinnovations on my own.
I thought this site was easy to navigate and had what I wanted.

I ordered a new heater but the one I received looked like a re-firb. It had a small piece missing from the top and a couple of scratches. The unit was also a bit dusty like it had been used.

I sent the information they wanted and then the product was still not shipped another call to customer service was required to get the item shipped
