Pacsun sent me a confirmation of the purchase and shortly thereafter a rejection of the order. We are in the 21st century. Credit card transactions are how business is done. It is inconceivable to me that a serious business like Pacsun would refuse my credit card because it is from Costa Rica. The transaction is automatic and requires no futher action. GROW UP

I was very upset when you cancelled my order!If you don't receive non US credit cards, then you should block the option to enter a non US credit card!I was really axited to get my items, and then it got cancelled.
I am very disappointed there is no shipping to Israel.It makes my order much more complicated.Further more, you don't receive paypal from non US clients. Why? And if you're already making me pay with my credit card, I would at least expect to be able to split the bill to a few credits.

it said on my store receipt that on my on line purchase i would get 10% off my next on line purchase, I signed up, but nothing came through for the discount.

My item I rec'd was makred XL ON THE TAG ATTCHED but the size in the size the tag actually on the product by the maker is a XS.... plannig on wheringthis weeking that is not happening... completeing furstrated this is the second time you hve messed up on my orders. Last time you forgot products
I was upset because I had to create a account because of my password. then when I tried to re-submit the password it would not go thru. I am over this aspect so now i have 2 accounts.... wht a waste of my time

I don't know what this is about. I didn't place any order with PacSun and I'm very concerned about someone using my email and possibly account. Though apparently the email isn't registered with PacSun.

Everything was as described and shipping was very fast.
It was very easy to shop at Pacsun.

I love Pacsun because even though I'm surrounded cornfields I feel like I live on the beach!
I absolutely love this store! Even though i live in the middle of cornfields, Roxy and Billabong let me escape and dream about the beach!

I called the next day after I ordered online and explained to the girl on the phone that I specifically ordered everything with an additional 30% off at check-out, but I received no additional 30%off. I was very disappointed and the girl didn't give me the discount and said the purchase wasn't on the additional off. I was so upset and that is truly false advertisement. The fact that she is saying that I am lying or didn't see it correctly was even more disappointing. I probably will not order from Pacsun again!
To my understanding, all the items I ordered should have had an additional 30% to my order. But, when my order was done, it didn't have it shown. Right now, I don't even want the items anymore if I can't get that 30% additional off. I feel that is false advertisement. Please do not send the items, if I don't get that discount. Please advise me as to how to cancel the order. Thank you, Leanne

The strybal dress was cheap and did not fit well. The rest of the purchases were great!
The clothes are really nice, but the XS run out very quickly.

The clothes were great and they came on time. I love Pacsun online especially because there are so many more options than what is in the store.
