This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel. each and everytime I shop online with Lowe's it is a very satisfying experience

I am not dissatisfied with the Lowe's end of this problem. I'm extremely dissatisfied with bizrate for it's non interest in the internet side of the problem. It will be a cold day in hades before I would use your service again. I would be happy to pay a little more for a more efficient purchasing system. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!

My order never came, called they tried to re send it, again it never came. This was over the course of 1 1/2 months. Finally bought the item in another store. Called to cancel order they said they had no record of the order.

The order was not correct when the purchase was finilized. I call the help desk and spoke to Jeff. Was on the line for about a half hour, Jeff contacted the store, had a unit but was damaged, make arranagements for a unit to be moved to my store and it was there the next day.Jeff was very polite and took care of my prbolem.Thanks, Paul Site did not have complete Specifications for product and different product showed up on order after complete. Talking to help desk at this time.Thanks, Paul

Lowe's did okay, my problem is with the manufacturer who shipped the incorrect parts. The way it was set up, I could not return the item to Lowe's but had to deal directly with the manufacturer. Lowes was on a middleman handling the shipment. Product packaging was not as good as I would have expected. The manufacdturer is MTD Products. Lowe's is my first choice for project supplies and yard equipment. Pleasantly surprised that Lowe's can supply this partular item for my MTD mower.

Needs a better way, of picking up at the store. You have to wait to long for someone to retrieve the item from the back.
