I was told delivery would happen between 10 and 2, and the delivery came at close to 7pm! So I basically waited home all day because of this.......

Website was good but had to call to get the discount to work. Called to track but automated didn't give enough info so I needed to talk to someone. Shipping took much longer than any other product I have bought online. Usually products comes within a week. This took weeks. Disappointed because I wanted for an occasion.

Product came in two boxes. One box was seriously damaged! It was ripped open and foam was fully exposed! Very disappointed. Haven't had a chance to check for damage.

First off, the delivery company wouldn't actually deliver the item to my house. I had to go pick it up and jam it all (a king size bed) in the back of my car. Second, part of the bed was broken, and I'm still working on getting that replaced. Third, it appeared that I was getting 4 drawers, but it ended up only being 2; I can't see now that it was only SUPPOSED to be 2, but the website made that exceptionally unclear. At least the shipping was free, so I guess I got what I paid for in that respect. I like the product itself, but it should be more convenient than this to get everything delivered and the broken pieces replaced.

After ordering a product that claimed quick shipping, I waited 4 days for a tracking number and was then told that not only had my package not shipped I wouldn't for another 2 days.I canceled my order. Reordered from another seller.
I received a promo code for of 10% for signing up for for adds I think, however, the promo code did not work so no 10% discount

I was not sure who Zoostores even was. I thought I was ordering from Amazon. The shipping sheet said or indicated it may have come from Mercantila. The customer Service sheet indicated Stamina. When I received the questionnaire it was from bizrate. I order a number of things over the net but this has been the most confusing.
I could have purchased this bike at a lower cost. But the faster shipping from you made us pick you. I am confused though about you and Amazon. Is this coming from Amazon or you?

I did ask a question about the product I ordered and the person never got back to me. So I went ahead and ordered the product and now I have to return it at my expense.
You folks (zoostores) certainly had the best price. I did however call and ask a question about 3 weeks ago and never got an answer. I wanted two of these tables but my large umbrellas may not fit through the hole. That was my question--size of hole. Hopefully it will and I will order another one later.
